To ensure a smooth check-in process and provide you with your colleagues exhibitor badges on the day of the event, please provide the full names of all individuals who will be representing your company at the BiS Surrey Business Expo. This information will help us register you in our system and prepare your badges in advance.

Each stand will be supplied with a trestle table (6ft x 2ft 6in / 1.83m x 0.76m). Please note that a tablecloth is NOT provided. If you do not require the table, just let a member of our team know on the morning of the Expo and it can be removed for you.

If you require power, please book by Wednesday 1st October 2025. The service is charged at £65.00 + VAT. To book, download and complete the form below and ensure it is emailed to our power supplier ryan@peachyproductions.com.

A designated loading bay is available for exhibitors with large stands or big build requirements. Please note this facility is not available for smaller items such as roller banners, pop-ups, or tabletop displays — these must be unloaded from the main car park.

The loading bay must be pre-booked in advance and spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Access will be from 07:00 on the day of the event and access will not be granted on the day without a confirmed booking.

If you require use of the loading bay, please confirm below and provide the following details:

• A list of items you will be unloading.

• Contact details for the delivery (names and mobile numbers).

• Vehicle registration number(s).

This information will help us manage site traffic safely and efficiently.

Risk Assessment, Method Statement & Public Liability Insurance

As part of our commitment to safety, we require all exhibitors to provide the following:

• Risk Assessment – a document that identifies potential hazards associated with your stand (such as electrical equipment, trip hazards, or display structures) and the measures you will take to minimise those risks.

• Method Statement – an explanation of how you will safely build, operate, and dismantle your stand, including the procedures your team or contractors will follow.

• Public Liability Insurance Certificate – confirmation that you have valid cover in place, protecting both you and others in the event of an accident or claim.

These documents are important because they help ensure the safety of exhibitors, visitors, and staff, while also meeting the venue’s health and safety requirements. Submitting them in advance allows us to review any potential issues and ensure the Expo runs smoothly and safely for everyone.
