Risk Assessment, Method Statement & Public Liability Insurance
As part of our commitment to safety, we require all exhibitors to provide the following:
-
Risk Assessment – a document that identifies potential hazards associated with your stand (such as electrical equipment, trip hazards, or display structures) and the measures you will take to minimise those risks.
-
Method Statement – an explanation of how you will safely build, operate, and dismantle your stand, including the procedures your team or contractors will follow.
-
Public Liability Insurance Certificate – confirmation that you have valid cover in place, protecting both you and others in the event of an accident or claim.
These documents are important because they help ensure the safety of exhibitors, visitors, and staff, while also meeting the venue’s health and safety requirements. Submitting them in advance allows us to review any potential issues and ensure the Expo runs smoothly and safely for everyone.
